Top Grade Pine Nuts Sibirica, Yunnanensis, Pumila

Pine nuts are the seeds of the precious tree species Korean pine. They are mainly distributed in the Changbai Mountain and Lesser Khingan Mountains forest areas in Northeast my country.     The inner kernel of Korean pine fruit is mainly produced in Changbai Mountain and Lesser Khingan Mountains. Korean pine grows between 40-45 degrees latitude.     Chemical composition

    The seeds contain 74% fatty oil, mainly oleic acid esters and linoleic acid esters. It also contains palmitoyl tertrenol, protein, volatile oil, etc. The oil resin of red pine contains α-pinene and β-pinene, camphene, carene-3, sabinene, myrcene, dipentene, β-phellandrene, γ-terpinene, p-polycymene, semene, isemene, 4-epiisosemene, kaurandiol, lambric acid, lambric acid methyl ester, 3,5-dimethoxystilbene, cis-neofirene alcohol,18-nordehydroabietin-4α-ol,19-nordehydroabietin-4(18)-enedehydro-15-hydroxyabietin-18-acid methyl ester, ylanene, longifolene, and pinene.
